Mission assurance is the discipline of making sure a space mission will perform as intended, securely and reliably, across its lifecycle.

Mission assurance is the discipline of making sure a space mission will perform as intended, securely and reliably, across its lifecycle.

Mission assurance sets and verifies the security and resilience requirements a mission has to meet, from design through operation. It is the focus of the space mission assurance specialist role.
